Child Rates

  • 3 years old & below - Free of charge if passed on the minimum height of the ferry company

Cancellation due to bad weather

Due to erratic weather patterns, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable environmental circumstances, it is possible that the tour will be abruptly canceled. We regret to notify you that in such a case, your refund will not be in full. When processing ticket refunds in-person at the Oceanjet ticketing office, we charge used transportation fees as well as service fees.
